The health of an organization is the great multiplier of its fruitfulness.  Chris Ruff will draw on what he calls the “brilliantly simple” insights of Catholic author and consultant Pat Lencioni to describe the behaviors and principles at the heart of a thriving, successful team.  Chris will illustrate these with stories from his experience as an ECG consultant, as well as a practitioner of the method on his own diocesan team.  His talk will center especially on the core principles of cohesiveness and clarity as the pathway to joyful success as we strive to do God’s work
